Randy started his career working for Universal Reprographics in Los Angeles and Orange County, one of the largest companies of its type in the country.  Randy was recruited by Xerox Corporation as a Sales Consultant, where he was recognized as number 1 in the western region within 2 years. During his time with Xerox, he was part of a national Marketing team for Product Launches, such as Docutech and Digital Color.  Randy also worked as a Sales & Marketing advisory member of the National Sales/Marketing Council.  He was also an Analyst, Consultant, and Guest Speaker to internal and external Xerox customers, which lead him to start Gerson & Associates, Inc. a sales/marketing consultant firm.

Randy has consulted and been a guest speaker to many companies including, Xerox, Kinko's, Postal Annex national convention, Project Management Association and various other commercial enterprises. Randy's experience as a speaker in this highly competitive field has taken him all around the country to many of the industry's national conferences and trade shows.

Randy currently has formed a partnership with Leslie Groene of Groene Consulting.  They met a few years ago as competitors at a common account and after a few conversations occurred, they realized together they could offer powerful solutions with proven results to the marketplace.

He received his education from San Diego State University and California State Fullerton in Business Administration and Marketing and has completed Dale Carnegie's Master Sales Training. Randy also has Certification in People Handling Skills and Formal Presentation Skills.
